How to Help

There are several great ways to help promote the mission of Fleming Music Therapy. The easiest way is also the way that is completely free — spread the word! If you’ve attended a training or workshop, please leave a review on Google or a comment on social media. If you’re receiving services from Fleming Music Therapy (or if you know somebody who is seeking services), please refer them to us! And if you’re an active social media user, please interact with our posts, including liking, commenting, and sharing them to your network.

If you would like to contribute to the mission financially, below is a “wish list” of instruments and resources that you can purchase for Fleming Music Therapy. We will also accept donations in the form of gift cards to Amazon, music stores (like The Music Shoppe in Champaign, Guitar Center, or West Music), office supply stores, and local businesses in Champaign-Urbana. Feel free to send us an email to coordinate drop off or mailing, or if you have any questions.

I also published an ebook! Music for Fun: Leisure-based Music Activities for Kids and Teens contains several music activities incorporating games, songwriting, group musicking, and other fun activities. It is for sale exclusively on the Music Therapy Ebooks website, and is a perfect resource for music therapists, music educators, camp counselors, library program directors, and more. This book was a year in the making and I’m very happy with how it turned out.

Finally, you can also make a direct donation through PayPal. 100% of your donation will go toward program development and operating costs, including developing a scholarship for people to access services if they cannot afford the full session price. Donations to Fleming Music Therapy are not tax deductible.
